Last weekend we had the honor of sponsoring and attending the annual Food Allergy Bloggers Conference here in Denver! We enjoyed sessions on marketing, food photography, social media innovations, and how to work with influencers and bloggers. Between sessions we connected with food allergy and Celiac individuals, and other companies that support them.

Spending the weekend with people who are like us (multiple food allergies and Celiac Disease) was meaningful. The ability to share our stories and be met with empathy and nods of shared experience was wonderful! The event strived for maximum inclusion, which is something most food allergy individuals are not used to!

You know what else was great? Feeding these people!

On Sunday we provided the lunch time dessert. What fun to bake and pipe frosting onto 150 gluten-free, top allergen free, and Vegan cupcakes! Steve made his signature bright pink beetroot buttercream and I mixed up our divine chocolate frosting. Have mercy! So tasty!

We have provided baked goods for other large events, but this was our first time to do so for an event with so many food allergic and Celiac people in attendance! We worked hard to accommodate the needs that were brought to us, including a delightful young woman who deals not only with food allergies, but also Type 1 Diabetes.

Our business vision is to show up as well as we can for an underserved community. Our hearts beat for individuals and families who scrutinize every bite of food to stay healthy and alive.

If you have a specific set of food needs, and you can't find a product on our site to meet those needs, please reach out to us! We will do our best to accommodate you ourselves, or connect you to someone who can! We are stronger together. Community over competition. Always.

You can sign up for information about next year's Food Allergy Bloggers Conference. We'd love to meet you there, and feed you delicious, safe cake!
